Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.
How long does shipping take?
We aim for all orders to be delivered in 2-4 working days. Personalised products may take longer.
How do I track my order?
We will send an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
How do I return an item?
If you are unhappy with an item please email us with your order number and a reason for your return at returns@littlesensoryhome.com.
Please note personalised items and digital downloads are not eligible for return.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once your item has been received we will process your return with 5-7 working days.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Yes, please let us know if you would like to request an exchange.

How can I personalise products?
We have a range of personalised products for you to choose from. Simply add the item you wish to order to your bag and add your child's name to the 'Order Special Instructions' box at checkout.
How do I open my digital download?
You will receive a link to download your PDF in your order confirmation email after checkout. Please contact us if you have any problems accessing your file and we will be happy to help.
How do I use a discount code?
If you have a discount code you can enter this at checkout and it should automatically be deducted from the order total.
I want to order a gift, can you send directly to the recipient?
Yes, simply enter your recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. You can also note that the order is a gift in the 'Order special instructions' box, and we will ensure no pricing details are included.
